The Orchard School, founded in 1922 by nine mothers, has honored the vision of its founders by offering a joyful learning environment grounded in experiential learning, curricular integration, ready access to the outdoors, and emphasis on the unique academic, social, emotional, and physical needs of each child. The 1922 Society, established to recognize the school's founding year and to honor the nine mothers, is the Owl Fund's giving society that celebrates leadership donors who are committed to providing opportunities that are essential to advancing Orchard's mission.
Membership is based on cumulative gifts of $1,922 or more made during Orchard's fiscal year, July 1 - June 30. Things to look forward to as part of this society:
Special membership gifts
Owls' Nest discount
1922 Society lunch with Head of School
Special recognition in the Almanac and The Orchard School website
Special opportunities to participate in Orchard traditions, personalized tours, and special events throughout the year
...and more!
