Today, the Winterm course "Made From Scratch" learns how to bake and decorate cakes from the best... Megan Pritchard (Orchard Class of 1994).
Megan is the baking manager at Classic Cakes. She taught Orchard students how to use unsalted butter and to add salt instead. She also taught them how to make homemade frosting and different ways to decorate cakes.
