Your Legacy is Their Future
Your connection to Orchard as an alum, past parent, parent, grandparent, or friend is an important one. You may have met your best friends here or watched your student grow and flourish as a courageous, compassionate citizen. We invite you to consider this while making your future plans.

GORDON H. THOMPSON SOCIETY

The Gordon H. Thompson Society was established in 1995 to honor the beloved Gordon Thompson who was Head of School for 45 years. The society is a way to thank and honor Orchard's benefactors who have included the school in their estate or life-income plans.

Becoming a Member
The Gordon H. Thompson Society offers you a way to create a permanent legacy to benefit Orchard, both today and in the future. You may make gifts or a bequest of any size to support the school. These planned gifts can also provide you with important tax savings and other benefits to your estate and family.

Any planned gift qualifies you for membership.

Benefits of Membership
  • Members of the Society will be recognized with their name on the Gordon H. Thompson Society plaque.
  • Members of the Society will be recognized in the Orchard School Almanac each year.
  • Members of the Society will be recognized on the Orchard School website.
  • The Development Staff is available to Society members and their financial advisors to discuss estate and gift planning questions and concerns.

Why Donors Choose The Gordon H. Thompson Society
