Dime Day: Orchard Fourth Graders Create Carnival/Fundraiser For Local Charities

Fourth graders at The Orchard School held their annual Dime Day fundraiser/carnival on May 18. This student-led event integrates many subject and required several 21st Century skills, including collaboration and problem solving. It's also a great event that a lot of the Orchard community looks forward to each year.
This year our fourth graders decided that all the dimes will go to Hope for Justice and Greenpeace.
