Mystery Solved! Orchard Kindergarten Students Track Life of Secret Plant

Mystery SOLVED!  

Kindergarten students have been observing and documenting changes in a "mystery" plant Mrs. Shellhaas (outdoor education coordinator) gave us back in November. Students made predictions, kept a journal of observational drawings, and watched with anticipation as the object grew- sometimes by as much as two inches a day! Most of the plants started to bloom on Thursday before winter break and revealed the mystery plant was a beautiful red AMARYLLIS.
