VIDEO: Orchard Teachers Are Ready to Compete After Cornhole Construction in the Makerspace

Earlier this week, eighth-grade teachers were in the Orchard Makerspace to experience a day of preparation in order to learn how to use several tools, understand the logistics of the workshop, etc. Having dedicated time to collaborate for brainstorming, prototyping, and troubleshooting helps to make for a smooth project with students.

This was a great way for faculty to work collaboratively and model what it means to be joyful lifelong learners.

Find out who has what it takes to win the first-ever cornhole competition this April, hosted by the eighth grade Class of 2021. Watch out students, some of the teachers might be a little too confident in their skills... 🤣
