Enrollment Instructions

Dear Parent or Guardian:

The Orchard School
has partnered with Smart Tuition to service your tuition account.  They have provided basic demographic information to Smart Tuition.  Smart Tuition will be sending you an enrollment link this week.  Please complete the enrollment process by following the instructions below.
 
1. ONLINE ENROLLMENT
 
Smart Tuition will send you an email to enroll online. 
 
The email will be sent to the personal email address your school has on file.  We suggest you add Smart Tuition to your safe contacts so future emails do not go to your spam file.

2. REGISTRATION
Once you receive the email please click on the unique link within the email to be directed to the enrollment page.
 
3.  Section 1 – WHO WILL PAY?
Review the parent, guardian, or bill payer’s contact information. 
 
One account per family can be created and students enrolled will be added to this account.  The person that holds primary fiscal responsibility should set up the account.
 
Please include BOTH parents or anyone who may call about the account.  Our Parent Help Center is only able to speak about the account with those listed.
 
Please verify your telephone number and personal email address as Smart Tuition regularly communicates important information regarding your account. 
 
4.  Section 2 – WHO WILL ATTEND?
Review the names and grades of the children who will attend the school.  If you have additional children attending the school this year, you may add their names and grades to this section at this time.
 
5.  Section 3 – HOW & WHEN TO PAY?
Review the payment plans offered by your school and choose one.  The plans listed are selected by your school and cannot be changed by Smart Tuition.  Select your preferred payment method and due date from the options offered by your school.
 
6.  Section 4 – SUBMIT
Review Smart Tuition’s terms and conditions.  Click SUBMIT ENROLLMENT to complete your online enrollment.
 
7.  Section 5 – CONFIRMATION
Upon completing the enrollment process, you will receive a confirmation email and your information will be sent to your school for review and activation.
