THE 2023 CENTENNIAL ORCHARD AUCTION

The Orchard Auction is the one-and-only, biggest, best and brightest fundraising event presented by the Orchard Parents’ Association - this year finally in-person again! Cheers to 100 Years is also the social event of the season for everyone at Orchard! This year's gathering is on Saturday, Feb. 11 at 502 East Event Center in Carmel, Indiana. Big buyers welcome but everyone should come to enjoy gourmet food and cocktails with friends while seeing the Orchard community at its finest. Don't miss it!

Orchard families will be volunteering to host country showcase stations and sharing their stories, music, crafts, and games. Stations will represent countries from many different continents. There will be a parade of flags, a pinata, performers and kids will receive a passport to be stamped at each station.

So register your family, grab your passports and prepare to have some fun! While we can't promise a real trip around the world, this event will be held on campus where we can all reconnect and celebrate together!

There will be a variety of foods and drinks for purchase from food trucks nearby.

This event is free for all to attend, however advanced registration is required for planning supply purchases.

All COVID mitigation strategies observed during the school day will also apply to this event (social distancing, optional masking, etc.).

Registration Notes: Please indicate how many children and adults will attend, and then choose 1 as the quantity to indicate one (1) family will attend.
